Nestled on the eastern shore of Lake Winnipesaukee, The Wolfeboro Inn offers
the warmth and charm of a country inn with the style and amenities of a
full-service resort.
The Inn’s forty-four guest rooms are individually decorated and
distinctively different. They range from rooms in the old inn, built in
1812, to modern, elegant, country-style rooms and spacious suites. In
addition to standard amenities, all have handmade quilts, air-conditioning
and cable TV. Some have refrigerators and private decks with views of
Wolfeboro Bay. In summer, guests may enjoy our own private beach.
The waterfront is also home to our 65-foot excursion boat, the "Winnipesaukee
Belle," offering narrated cruises for both guests and the public. The
"Belle" is also available for private charter.
The original inn features Wolfe’s Tavern, an authentic New England pub.
Relax and dine in one of our three fireplaced pub rooms, at our bar or on
the patio. Wolfe’s Tavern is open every day, year-round, for breakfast,
lunch and dinner and the best Sunday brunch in the Lakes Region! For a
special evening out, the 1812 Steakhouse is the place to be, serving the
most tender and flavorful Angus beef, prime rib, steaks and seafood.
The Inn offers the finest in lakeside luxury for an unforgettable wedding
day that will be elegant and without a care. Let our professional wedding
coordinator help you to plan the special occasion that complements your own
personal style, on the lawn, in our newly renovated ballroom or on the
Winnipesaukee Belle.
Our private meeting facilities include a variety of settings, accommodating
small, executive conferences in the library to groups of up to 165 in the
ballroom. Breakout rooms are available for smaller groups.
The Wolfeboro Inn is located on the lake, in the heart of Wolfeboro, New
Hampshire, "The Oldest Summer Resort in America."
