A PEACEFUL VACATION SPOT FOR THE ENTIRE FAMILY White Oak is the perfect spot
to enjoy your vacation, and from which to plan your sightseeing. White Oak
is located on eight picturesque acres offering 350 feet of lakefront on
White Oak Pond.
Facilities include a private sandy beach, indoor whirlpool, cable TV,
swimming float, row boat, paddleboat, and canoe rentals. Close by are
several golf courses, hiking trails, fine restaurants, tennis courts,
marinas, supermarkets, churches, gift shops and all business services. Tax
free factory outlets are located in Laconia.
Choose from a variety of lodging accommodations for up to five people. Our
motel rooms have a/c, cable TV, full bath and refrigerators. Our Cottages
are located by the pool, lakeview and lakefront. All cottages have bath with
shower, color tv, kitchenette, barbecue grill, and picnic table. We also
have lawn games and a playground for the children. The township of
Holderness is nestled on the shores of beautiful Squam Lake, location for
the movie ÒOn Golden PondÓ, and the second largest lake in New Hampshire.
This peaceful community offers the most central location for visiting all
the Lakes Region and White Mountain Attractions.
The major arteries which serve both the east and west sides of the White
Mountains are only minutes away. Directions: Travel on route 93 to exit 24
at Ashland, New Hampshire and then follow Routes 3 & 25 south for seven
miles.
